Real pressed plant material arranged on an acrylic poured thin canvas. The majority of plant material which I have used in this artwork came from a meadow at the foot of some hills near me. Different grasses, lichen, moss and heather are arranged with astrantia flowers and gypsophila. I have placed the canvas on a printed card background.
Mounted in a grey deep frame measuring 32 cm x 32 cm x 2.75cm.
The glass is a quality conservation grade which reduces ultraviolet light thus enhancing the longevity of colour.
